PDX join Pallet-Track
PDX Logistics has just announced that they will be covering the HP postcode for Pallet-Track from the end of March.
The Haddenham based haulier is 21 years old this April and had previously been operating within the OX postcode area for rival pallet firm UK Pallets. The managing director of PDX, Geoff Morgan, said that it was not possible to fulfil the more desirable HP postcode with UK Pallets, so after much consideration moved to Pallet-Track. He commented:
“I visited the Pallet-Track hub, and was very impressed with the operation as a whole.” He added:
“The switch gives us fresh impetus going into a new year that will be tough,”
Annual turnover at PDX is in the region of £1.5m and the firm operate four vehicles including an articulated HGV and urban trailer. They also have a 24,000ft² warehouse which serves national and international clientele.
Factors in the PDX chief’s decision to move include the network’s IT infrastructure, the ability to sell quarter pallets and the MD of the Pallet firm Nigel Parkes.
